Basic 2-5 user FactoryLogix Office-only system

If you have a basic 2-5 user FactoryLogix Office-only system, please make sure your system meets the following minimum requirements:

Item	Description
Server type	A server is recommended, however one user’s PC can function as a server if it is available full time.
Database software	Server specifications (or a user PC acting as the server): SQL 2016 Express Edition (free) or newer. Limited to 10GB, which for most customers should be more than enough for many years. Note Upgrade to Microsoft SQL Server Standard Edition when storage needs exceed 10 GB.
CPU type	4 core processor minimum (8 core recommended). 7^th generation Intel i5 (circa 2017) or better or AMD equivalent.
System memory	Minimum 16 GB RAM.
Graphics	For a user PC acting as the server, a graphics card recommended but not required. NVIDIA GeForce 900 series or better (circa 2014).
Storage	Minimum 30 GB free storage for software and data (more storage may be needed when using Microsoft SQL Standard Edition).
Operating system	64-bit Windows operating system. Windows 10 1703 or higher, Windows 11 21H2 or higher, Windows Server x64 2016 or higher.
Networking	1000 Mbps wired network adapter.
End user PC specifications	4 core processor minimum (8 core recommended). 7^th generation Intel i5 (circa 2017) or better or AMD equivalent. Minimum 8 GB RAM (12 GB recommended). Minimum 20 GB free storage for software. Windows 10 1703 or higher, Windows 11 21H2 or higher. 200 Mbps minimum network adapter (wired or wireless). Note If using a wireless network adapter, a minimum bandwidth of 200 Mbps is required, which generally requires 5 GHz radio and WIFI 5 or better.
