Production Order Error Prevention

Use the Production Order Error Prevention report to show the number of instances where FactoryLogix proactively prevented product from being produced when doing so would result in over production, product being built to the incorrect revision, or if a work order was purposely blocked for quality or productions reasons.

The following example shows a summary (by calendar month and validation category) of all production order error prevention events.

The top half of the following example shows a summary (by operator and validation category) of all production order error prevention events. The bottom half of the example shows a summary (by customer and validation category) of all production order error prevention events.
