Material Related Defect Prevention

Use the Material Related Defect Prevention report to show the number of instances where FactoryLogix proactively eliminate the cost of quality issues by preventing non-conforming materials from being used to assemble products on the factory floor.

The following example shows a summary (by calendar month) of all non-conforming material use prevention events.

The top half of the following example shows a summary (by operator) of all non-conforming material use prevention events that shows who is attempting to load non-conforming materials. The bottom half of the example shows a summary (by workstation) of all non-conforming material use prevention events that shows where non-conforming material loading is being attempted.
