1st Pass Yield Alarm Events

Use the 1st Pass Yield Alarm Events report to show the number of instances where FactoryLogix triggered alarms for production yields that dropped below acceptable levels. Production early warning of throughput issues allows corrective actions to be taken proactively to prevent rising issue counts and costs associated with quality corrections.

The following example shows the total number of instances (by month and yield type) where yield dropped below acceptable levels, triggering an alarm event.
