Filter and sort transport orders

The Filter and Sort tabs associated with the Execute Transport Orders function help you locate a transport order for editing or execution—these options are particularly useful in factories that typically generate hundreds or thousands of transport orders.

Filter transport orders

  1. Log into the FactoryLogix website and select Materials Management.

  2. Select Execute Transport Orders on the left side of the window.

Details about existing transport orders are displayed in a table.

  3. Select the Filter tab.

Note

You can use one or multiple filters to help locate the desired transport order(s).

  1. Enter the Reservation ID (if known) for the transport order you want to filter on.

  2. Use the Source drop-down to filter transport orders by their Stock Resource and Factory, then select OK.

  3. Use the Status drop-down to select a status to filter transport orders by, for example: Pending, Active, Executing, On Hold, Executed, Delivered, or Canceled, then select OK.

  4. Use the Type drop-down to select to filter transport orders by type, for example: None, Production Batch, Missing Parts, Unplanned, Re-Order, Manual, and so on, then select OK.

  5. When you finish making filtering selections, select the Apply button. (Select the Reset button to start over.)

Transport orders that match your filtering criteria are displayed at the bottom of the window. In the following illustration, transport orders were filtered by Source (specifically Automatic Storage Tower 1); all transport orders matching the Source filtering criteria were returned.
